The London Hotels

The London NYC was truly a collaborative project. As one of TravelClick’s top clients, we were able to put together a rock-star team to create a one-of-a-kind experience for their guests.

I worked with a UX Specialist, Co-Designer, Lead Developers, Copywriters, Project Managers, QA Specialists, and my Creative Director and this is what we came up with.

Shortly after The London NYC launched, their sister property in West Hollywood wanted a similar update. As the lead designer for the WeHo location, I was able look into their Google analytic data to see which pages were getting the most traffic and how users were arriving at those pages. I could see which elements are being interacted with the most and driving the most conversions. With this information, I was able to reassess the hierarchy of the navigation, and the order of elements as you move down the page.

***Update 2023, it appears The London NYC was acquired by Hilton and their site is no longer customized (they appear to be using Hilton's Conrad template). The London WeHo seems to be using a modified version the design I worked on.
