The world shut down making ordering groceries online a necessity for many people. The government recognized this need and swiftly implemented the P-SNAP plan (pandemic SNAP) that broadened availability of SNAP benefits to even more Americans than ever before. One major problem being that it was impossible to make online payments using an EBT card. Anyone that was immunocompromised still had to go into the store to complete the purchase and basically defeated the purpose.
Thankfully, in 2021, our company was one of the first to implement an online SNAP experience next to some of our largest competitors.
